Somatic Snacks?
Somatic Snacks are short, accessible nervous system practices designed to help you reconnect with your body and slow down your brain when you’re crashing out, shutting down, or feeling overwhelmed.
They usually take 2-5 minutes and can be done almost anywhere.
When to use a Somatic Snack:
In bed when you feel stuck or frozen
Between meetings when your brain is spinning
Before a difficult conversation
In a wiating room at the doctor’s office
When your nervous system needs a reset
Instead of forcing yourself to “think your way out” of stress, Somatic Snacks help you work with the body first.
