I’m Carson (they/them), a bleeding-hearted and principled neuro- and genderqueer, Mad and disabled person working towards abolitionist futures with calloused hands and a warmth that holds its ground. I move through the world guided by grief, rage, and imagination, committed to community care, collective liberation, and dismantling the lies capitalism sold us about worth and survival.
I’m also a therapy grad school dropout because I disagree with the ethics of licensure, hierarchy, and how these systems uphold harm. I believe in healing and transformation outside professionalized, pathologizing frameworks. The work I do is relational, not clinical, mutual, not top-down.
I offer grounded, relational support for folks navigating the mess and magic of being human under systems that were never meant for us to thrive in. I’m currently looking for clients who want or need care in many forms, including but not limited to:
• Help with daily tasks: initiating tasks, body doubling, cleaning, organizing, navigating bureaucracies, making appointments, writing difficult emails, and other executive function support (both in person and online)
• Untangling relationship dynamics: conflict support, communication repair, boundary work, and tending to complex relational wounds
• Support for folks in polyamorous or non-monogamous relationships: I practice polyamory and offer space to work through its complexities with care, clarity, and nonjudgment
• Getting clearer on your needs and how to ask for them (approached gently, without pathologizing)
• Supporting white people (like myself) in unlearning white supremacy culture and practicing liberatory accountability in our relationships and communities with love, compassion, and rigor
• Peer support for organizers, caregivers, and burnt-out revolutionaries who are trying to come home to themselves while still fighting fiercely for a better world
I may be a great fit if you're seeking a coach who brings depth, compassion, and a commitment to mutual transformation.
Meet Carson (they/them)

When I’m not working, you can catch me diving into Tarot, playing video games (especially SNES and N64 games), analyzing and relating to characters in my favorite movies, shows, books, and especially cartoons with slow-burn character development (think Steven Universe, Umbrella Academy, The Simpsons, Tales of the City), building Lego sets, listening to punk & post-punk music, snuggling with my doggos, cooking vegan meals, and baking vegan treats.
My work is grounded in disability justice, decolonial frameworks, and the strong belief that care is world-building. If you’re dreaming up something radical, I’d love to support you.
