The Somatics of Solopreneurship & Small Business Ownership

  • (Google Meets) - Held in PST (map)

Running a business shouldn't feel like constantly running on fumes or recreating the systems that once burned you out. The Somatics of Solopreneurship & Small Business Ownership is an 8-week group that supports solopreneurs, small business owners, and self-employed folks in navigating the emotional, somatic, and nervous system realities of doing it on your own (or trying to).

We’ll explore entrepreneurship through the lens of trauma, attachment, and nervous system education, with space for real-time co-working, self-reflection, and community care.

This isn’t just strategy; it’s somatic sustainability.

Every other week includes optional body doubling & co-working sessions

  • Week 1: Burnout & business beginnings

The burnout-to-self-employment pipeline and how trauma shows up in your business. We'll explore somatic attachment to work and visibility.

    Week 2: Body doubling + co-working

A spacious session to co-work, check in, and build accountability without pressure.

Week 3: Work, your brain, & your body

Understand how your work patterns affect your cognition, capacity, and nervous system regulation.

    Week 4: Body doubling + co-working

Log on, breathe, and move at your own pace — this is low-pressure, low-lift co-working with the community.

    Week 5: Embodying entrepreneurship

Somatic reflections on leadership, autonomy, and what being “the boss” feels like in your body.

    Week 6: Body doubling + co-working

You don’t have to do it alone. This is your time to co-work, ground, and be witnessed.

    Week 7: Managing self-doubt

Nervous system tools for the “What the hell am I doing?” moments. Let’s meet imposter syndrome with care, not shame.

Week 8: Sell yourself without selling your soul

Somatic tools for public speaking, visibility, and writing a values-aligned pitch that actually feels like you.
