Consultations, Workshops, & Groups
Welcome! Here, you can easily schedule your 1:1 Somatic Coaching, Relational Coaching, and Small Business Coaching Consultations.
You can also register for upcoming workshops and groups.
Each booking type is priced individually to ensure flexibility based on your needs.

Whether you’ve signed up for a consult, workshop, group, or event, here’s what to know to help you feel comfy and prepared.
-
Sessions happen on Google Meet unless otherwise noted. After scheduling, a link will be emailed to you at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consult, workshop, group, or event.
Can’t find the email? Check your spam just in case gremlins got it! Still no luck? Email us - info@tacocatwellness.com and we’ll help you out 🐱
Test your device and Wi-Fi beforehand — no shame in logging on early for a vibe check. -
These allow us to get to know one another, ask questions, and explore your needs. You’re welcome to share your history, concerns, and any goals or desires you have. There’s no pressure to dive into anything more than you’re ready for. After all, we’re just strangers on the internet… for now 🐱
-
Unless stated otherwise, all workshops, groups, and events are hosted online via Google Meet. Occasionally, we may use Zoom or meet in person — details will be included in your confirmation.
These spaces have no dress code. Wear what feels comfortable. Depending on the event, there may be some movement involved. Blankets, pillows, fidgets, drinks, snacks, vapes… really whatever you need to feel comfortable, as long as it doesn’t impede someone else’s ability to participate, is just fine! We recommend bringing something to take notes with, too.
Live captions are available. Sessions are conducted in English. ASL is not offered unless specified. If you require ASL interpretation, please reach out to coordinate.
