Feeling fried these days? You’re not alone — and you’re not broken. Burnout is a natural response to unsustainable systems, chronic overwhelm, and consistently unmet needs. Burnout Recovery is a four-week virtual workshop that uses trauma-informed, somatic, and neurodivergent-affirming tools to help you recognize, navigate, and prevent deeper burnout.
Join ADHD Coach Sheila Henson and somatic educator Angela Rockwell for a gently structured, community-centered space where you’ll explore:
What burnout actually is (hint: it’s not just “being tired”)
How social and systemic pressures impact your capacity
Somatic and nervous system-based strategies for real recovery
How to build burnout prevention into your life with boundaries, self-advocacy, and body awareness
Each 2-hour session includes a mix of lecture-style teaching, optional breakout rooms, somatic practices, and space to integrate what you’re learning. You'll also receive recordings, transcripts, handouts, and a folder of resources for easy access — plus an invite to our optional Discord server to stay connected between sessions.
Can’t make it live? No worries. Recordings will be available within 48 hours each week. Attend however works best for your body, brain, and bandwidth.
