Angela | Business + Burnout

Business strategy, burnout support, and sustainable systems for values-driven people who are done building everything the hard way.

Practical support for pricing, systems, capacity, burnout, boundaries, decision-making, and the places where meaningful work becomes unsustainable.

You might be in the right place if…

  • Your business technically works, but you’re over-functioning to make it happen.

  • You know something in your systems, pricing, or workload is off, but you can’t see the gap clearly.

  • You’re undercharging, overgiving, or structuring access in a way that is burning you out.

  • You’re trying to make a values-aligned decision without abandoning sustainability.

  • You have too many offers, moving parts, or too much living in your head.

  • You need support that takes capacity, disability, neurodivergence, ethics, and real-life constraints seriously.

What Angela helps with…

Pricing + Offers
Sliding scales, sustainable pricing, undercharging, service structure, scope, and making access models work without quietly subsidizing everyone at the expense of your own labor.

Burnout + Boundaries
Workload, client expectations, availability, communication, scope creep, decision fatigue, and figuring out what has to change before resentment becomes the operating system.

Systems + Capacity
Finding the places where your business relies on memory, urgency, avoidance, or over-functioning, and building systems that can survive low-capacity days.

Strategy + Decision Support
Offer design, priorities, pivots, messy business decisions, uncertainty, and getting another brain on the problem when everything feels tangled.

ANGELA'S APPROACH

Less “fix yourself.” More curiosity, context, and capacity.

  • Capacity-aware, not hustle and grind

  • Systems-aware, not just mindset-focused

  • Practical, not performative

  • Values-aligned without pretending money does not matter

  • Neurodivergent and disability aware

  • Interested in the actual structure of the problem, not just how you feel about it

  • Willing to question whether the business model itself is the problem

WHAT SESSIONS LOOK LIKE

We might…

  • Map where your business is leaking time, money, or capacity

  • Pressure-test a pricing or sliding-scale model

  • Untangle a service, offer, or workflow that has gotten too complicated

  • Look at where client expectations are exceeding the actual scope

  • Build a policy, process, or boundary you can realistically maintain

  • Work through a pivot or decision without forcing premature certainty

  • Identify where burnout is structural rather than personal

  • Leave with something concrete you can use

TRAINING MATTERS...

SO DOES CONTEXT

Angela brings 15+ years of experience across disability services, mental health, education, behavioral support, nonprofit leadership, and entrepreneurship. Their background includes study in nursing sciences, psychology, Deaf studies, clinical psychology, and behavioral sciences, plus extensive training in somatics, trauma-informed care, conflict resolution, and embodied social justice. They are currently pursuing an MBA focused on sustainable and ethical business.

That training matters, but so does context. Angela’s approach is shaped by years of questioning systems that prioritize compliance over autonomy and by a commitment to support that considers identity, power, disability, relationships, and real-life capacity.
