Our group coaching series is intentionally curated for people who are exhausted by individual self-help paths and want collective healing without the “toxic positivity” vibe.
Each group lasts between 4 to 8 weeks and focuses on themes like autistic unmasking, burnout recovery, identity reclamation, and body-based care. We create a space for grief, rage, joy, and nuance—especially for those who’ve been told they’re “too much” or “too sensitive” for too long.
Tacocat Wellness groups are trauma-informed, abolitionist, and access-centered. They are designed for folks navigating multiple layers of identity.
Join us for live (and recorded) low-pressure, neurodivergent-affirming spaces that focus on nervous system care, connection, and community-based learning—no hustle, no shame — just radical acceptance and non-toxic positivity.
BIPOC affinity groups will be designated as such.

"Now That’s What I Call… Autism" (A Group for Late-Identified Autistics 21+)
"Now That’s What I Call… Autism" (A Group for Late-Identified Autistics 21+) is a 6-week group series for newly diagnosed or self-identified autistic adults, grounded in Tacocat Wellness’s somatic, trauma-informed, and abolitionist-aligned model. This group balances processing (grief, identity loss), understanding (brain and body), and reclaiming (joy, autonomy, embodiment), with a strong emphasis on nervous system education, harm reduction, and accessible wellness. Facilitated by Angela Rockwell (they/she), a late-identified autistic, integrated somatic trauma coach.
