Practical Workshops:

Accessible tools. Embodied insight. Lasting nervous system shifts.

Feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or like your body’s trying to send an SOS you can’t quite interpret? You’re not broken, and you don’t have to keep pushing through it alone.

Our trauma-informed workshops are designed for the chronically overextended, the masked-too-long, and the neurodivergent nervous system running on fumes.

Whether you're setting boundaries for the first time, learning embodiment for the first time, or trying to regulate without spiraling, you’ll leave with somatic tools you can actually use in real life. No equipment. No perfection. No “toxic” positivity.

Each workshop provides a combination of education, peer engagement, and nervous system support rooted in consent, embodiment, and care that meets you exactly where you are, not where you believe you “should” be.

All workshops are virtual, sliding-scale, and built for overstimulated humans who want something more useful than wellness fluff. If cost is ever a barrier, please reach out to us info@tacocatwellness.com

Our Fall 2025 workshops drop the first week of August.

Whether you’ve signed up for a workshop, event, or consultation, here’s what you need to know to help you feel comfortable and prepared.

  • Sessions happen on Google Meet unless otherwise noted. After scheduling, a link will be emailed to you at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consult, workshop, group, or event.

Can’t find the email? Check your spam just in case gremlins got it! Still no luck? Email us - info@tacocatwellness.com and we’ll help you out 🐱

Test your device and Wi-Fi beforehand — no shame in logging on early for a vibe check.

  • These allow us to get to know one another, ask questions, and explore your needs. You’re welcome to share your history, concerns, and any goals or desires you have. There’s no pressure to dive into anything more than you’re ready for. After all, we’re just strangers on the internet… for now 🐱

  • Unless stated otherwise, all workshops, groups, and events are hosted online via Google Meet. Occasionally, we may use Zoom or meet in person — details will be included in your confirmation.

These spaces have no dress code. Wear what feels comfortable. Depending on the event, there may be some movement involved. Blankets, pillows, fidgets, drinks, snacks, vapes… really whatever you need to feel comfortable, as long as it doesn’t impede someone else’s ability to participate, is just fine! We recommend bringing something to take notes with, too.

Live captions are available. Sessions are conducted in English. ASL is not offered unless specified. If you require ASL interpretation, please reach out to coordinate.

  • Joining a consultation, workshop, group, or event with Tacocat Wellness or Angela Rockwell (they/she) does not establish an ongoing care, coaching, or therapeutic relationship.

These offerings are educational, exploratory, and supportive in nature but do not guarantee access to continued services or individualized support.
